How do I keep my game progress saved?

How can I save or transfer my progress in Idle Farming Empire?

Idle Farming Empire does not support external Cloud Save connections. Your progress cannot be saved or transferred through Google Play, Facebook, Apple ID, or other accounts.

Please avoid uninstalling and reinstalling the game before we transfer it, as this may cause you to lose your progress.

Can support transfer my progress manually?

If you still have access to your previous device and the original game, we may be able to transfer your progress manually. A transfer is not guaranteed, but our support team can investigate.

What information should I send?

Please contact support with:

• Your original Game ID: Open the original game on your old device and find the Game ID at the bottom of the Settings screen. Copy it carefully or send a screenshot.

• Your current Game ID: If you have already started playing on your new device, include that Game ID too.

• Your most recent digital purchase receipt, if you have made purchases: Send a screenshot to help us investigate and locate your previous game.

Please send these details directly to support rather than posting them publicly.

What if I no longer have access to my old device?

Without access to the original game, a manual transfer may not be possible. Contact support with your previous Game ID and any available purchase receipt so we can review your situation. We cannot guarantee that lost progress can be recovered.
